I only use Chrome, so I never addressed it, but perhaps it's related. Oh, and I should probably point out that iExplorer has not worked on my machine for many months. I just close it and move on, but would like to remove it but of course need GeeksToGo help to do so! ~) As I understand it, this is the result of a redirect malware program.

I still can't update any or see safer-networking. I've manually updated spybot s&d and scanned. I seem to be blocked from and kapersky database updates.
